Budget
Our philosophy is on projects of this magnitude it is critical that our client’s receive what they pay for. After the initial budgets are outlined for the actual material costs, estimated labor costs and written bids from subcontractors. and preliminary selections for materials have been made we maintain a transparent communication by providing clients with copies for each invoiced transaction. This gives the client immediate feedback on costs, which allows them to adjust the allocation of their funds.
